The Official Rules of RA3Tutorials Tournament II UPDATED

• All the matches will be spectated by either Soigge or H_ZoRo_LastStorm. H_ZoRo_LastStorm will be spectating most of the Group Stage matches (Soigge will be the spectator in H_ZoRo_LastStorm's matches) Spectator will oversee that the players will not break rules! Soigge will judge & spectate all the matches from quarter finals to the finals and record them

• No glitches allowed. The most known glitches:
  
  • Peacekeepers shoot through walls
  • Build more than 4 MIGs from one Soviet Airfield
  • Twinblades fall underground / stay on ground after dropping the infantry
  • The wall glitch
  • Cryocopter glitches
  • All the other glitches you may know about

• No engineers drop (which is putting an engineer into any transport unit - Twinblade, Sudden Transport, Bullfrog, Riptide, IFV, Century Bomber - and then dropping that engineer into your enemy's base)

• No MCV push+Engineers (means you can MCV push, but you CAN NOT use an engineer to capture enemy structures by building a Barracks directly next to enemy building). If you don't understand this rule, please ask one of the spectators.

• You are not allowed to sell MCV just to use the engineer to immediately capture enemy MCV.

• Using engineers is acceptable in the following situations:
• When capturing neutral structures, like Oil Derricks.
• If you "walk" the engineer to enemy's base from a distance, you can capture enemy structures. It's not recommended to do that.
• When repairing your own structures.
• When setting up a battle bunker or a tent.
• When putting an engineer into IFV and use it to repair your own units.

• NEW RULE: In case of disconnection, the player with the "upper hand" wins (bigger army, more money = higher chance to win the match). If the situation is not clear, then the players will have a rematch.

If you accidentally use a glitch, you will be warned. If you do it again, you will automatically lose the match. Remember that the spectators see everything you do! If you break any of the Engineer rules, you will lose the match without warning.
